Terms & Conditions

Marrakech-Quad-Biking is a distinctive website and trademark property of Deep South Travel LLC, a fully authorized and reliable tour operator that is specialized in providing Day trips from Marrakech & Morocco Desert tours, travel services and tailor made vacations in Morocco.

By using our website, you agree fully to the following terms and conditions:


Reservations & Registration


  • You are committed to confirming all reservations and/or changes in writing (via our website email).
  • We will not take into consideration any request for change or reservation through telephone.
  • Receipt of the requested deposit is a must for confirmation of benefits.

Children's Reservations


All children’s reservations get a special discount in accordance with the age in case of sharing the room with parent. Children under 10 years old get 50% off.


Booking Procedures & Payments


In case of agreeing to the itinerary and price, we will provide you with the details of itinerary and invoice. Receiving 50 % deposit of your invoice is a must for confirming your booking. Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank transfer are acceptable methods of payment.

You have to pay the remaining balance in cash (Dirhams, Euros or Pounds) in accordance with the daily rates on the day of your trip.


Changes to your booking


If you want to change your booking date, please inform us in writing. In case of changing your booking date, you may pay extra charges. If there is no possibility for changing your booking date for any reason, you can make your trip on time or cancel it and pay the cancellation charges.


Cancellation Policy


If you want to cancel your trip, you should inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charge depends on the number of days we have received your written cancellation notice before the beginning of your trip. If you cancel


  • more than 28 days: First deposit (50% )
  • between 11-20 days: 25% of your deposit
  • Less than 10 days: No refund

Emergencies


In case of emergencies (such as natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, fires, bad climate conditions and others), we have the right to cancel your tour and in this case we will refund what you have paid to us, including the deposit. Additional compensation is not available.


Special Requests


Please, provide us with any special requests (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others) in writing before booking. If we are unable to provide your special requests, we will inform you in writing before booking. Please, provide us with any booking preferences (hotels locations, bed configurations, etc.) and we will attempt to provide your preferences. No compensation will be paid if such requests cannot be achieved.


Insurance


We don’t provide any insurance. We recommend you to have travel insurance in case of cancellation, illness, baggage loss, delays and others.


Our responsibility


If any portion of your travel arrangements differs from what have already been described before your booking, we will pay reasonable compensation (confined to the maximum amount paid to us for that portion). We are not responsible for injury, illness, death, damage, or loss during your trip.


Travel Documentation


Having the valid required documents of travel is your own responsibility. Your passport must be valid for 6 months before entering the country. The tour participant is responsible for ensuring that all required documents of travel are valid before the departure date of your trip.


Privacy & Confidentiality


We are committed to securing your booking information. We will use your private information to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party vendors. Your travel special requests will be shared with vendor partners to provide you with a safe and enjoyable trip.


Complaints


In case of being unsatisfied with our service, please contact your driver/hotel/guide who will do their best to solve your problem. If you are not able to contact them for any reason, please contact us in writing and provide us with the problem details.
